A brand new week

Today, it is BACK to work, well in the rain, hey it’s not like I have some power over the weather. Your coverage can be a larger than life help if something goes really wrong. We the people at large here in the monster-plex, with seven and a half million people will tell you we are big, real big and there are a lot of contractors in that number. Some maybe be better than others, there is a reason some companies grow and some companies flounder. Just like Quarterbacks (NFL) and Pro Baseball Players you might notice some make more “$” and are said to be well……just better by sports casters on your TV. Is the same true in contracting, meaning are all painters created equal? I know a flooring company that get’s a lot a whole lot of business. That same company has a very charismatic owner. That owner works hard to be part of the business everyday he is in early and leaves late. Now with that said, they are different. And that has a lot to do with your insurance.

Different

Companies normally take on the personality of their owner and this owner does flooring and flooring only. Then they built a strip center and to the office he comes. Now we are talking about covering different kinds of exposures. (Different kinds of Labor)….

There is a lot to go over here but let’s just say this, you may find out that your Dallas Contractors Insurance ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL. So, if you are an HVAC contractor and you hire a Sub-Contractor that has a claim, who is going to pay for damages? Let’s say that someone is hurt in this situation: the bill are three hundred thousand dollars, who is going to pay.
