It’s February and time to go to work here on a nice overcast cold day right after the super bowl. So, much for the rest it’s time for work. Everyday there will be a challenge for the small business man and it’s amazing, just amazing how life finds a new challenge for us in the “do-it-yourself” world. Yet, for most of us we would not have it any other way. The challenge is not a new one: marketing, laborforce, human relations and all that goes with the day to day operations of a business…is one guy and sometimes that is a challenge…all the way down to the Dallas General Liability insurance:

  • Now, there is not a perfect scenario of what will happen but it goes something like that. Then comes the more interesting part that may concern you as a hiring contractor on this job for you in this make-believe story have Dallas general liability insurance.

    Waiver is Subrogation

    There can be a lawsuit ensuing the loss, where someone decides that now the claim is been closed that you as the hiring contractor are now responsible for losses that have been paid, there is no guarantee this is your happen one way or the other.
