Hello to the men and women that build America

Dallas Contractors Insurance, Dallas General Contractors Builders General Liability.

Dallas Contractors Insurance General Liability: 927-217-8907 Well, we are here from 8:30AM til 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are here for the guy that builds things here in our metroplex. We are acclimated to be of service to the Medium to small contractor meaning a company that has total sales of 3 Million or less. Our goal is simple, to be available to blue collar workers and help in every way that we can. In the world of sales this is where the pitch would start. Things such as how much you can save by buying from me. Savings, there is nothing wrong with savings as long as you do NOT sacrifice coverage for the protection of your company and assets. Let’s talk about savings in today’s article on Dallas Contractors Insurance General Liability.

Savings

It seems as though most marketing for insurance is based on savings and for good reason, we all need to save  money. I will take the information that you give us and start your quoting process.  Using the information provided, I can start making suggestions and show you and your company the different insurance protection packages. Different contractors have different needs, one question will be what does your company have (Currently)  and what are your contractual needs.

Dallas Insuranance 11-1

  • Certificates?
  • Blanket endorsements?
  • Workers’ Comp?
  • Commercial Auto?
  • Satisfy a Contract?

Now, the above has some different coverages listed, things that do not have a lot to do with Dallas Contractors Insurance general liability, however the list may have everything to do with your contractual agreement between you and your company.

Here is a good idea

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to sign a contract for a particular job, then you might want to send this information to us (or your agent) via email. We are NOT the contract whispers, but the possibility of signing a contract that calls for multiple insurance coverage’s can be very real. If for some reason you have a contract that calls for a coverage this is not on your certificate, something can go very wrong. This may cause a situation where your “check” is held until your company satisfies your contractual agreement. The cost of making your certificate adhere to your contractual agreement can be costly. So, it may be a good idea to have an expense structure to start with before you submit your final bid.

How about savings?

For the contractor that needs a policy that offers a larger landscape of endorsement coverage’s this can cost more. Yet, in all likelihood you know your company and have an understanding of what contracts you are most likely going to enter into this year (2015). No one is suggesting that anyone can see the future, yet using your work history as a barometer you can possibly make a really good estimation on your endorsement requirements for this year.

Can we talk

I would like to talk to you, look at your contracts and work with you and your company to make the best game plan for the protection of your company and assets. Nothing is impervious to real life; there is no perfect protection that I have ever seen in insurance. Planning with prudence can help in a lot of different ways and if given the opportunity I will see how we can get you and your company Dallas Contractors Insurance that works within your budget and will satisfy your contract.

Disclaimer

Dallas Contractors Insurance General liability-5-2I wrote this today 4/22/2015 and I enjoy writing and working with all of our contractors here in Texas. We have a disclaimer because we need one. The reason for that need is we have not and cannot read all of the policies that are offered here in the state. So, we don’t know what a lot of people have and cannot and will never advise any person or company to do anything without speaking to them.
This is ONE persons opinion and that is all, nothing else. Nothing on this web address/website offers any kind of guarantee or Warrantee what-so-ever and never will….ever. Again this is a generalization a hypothetical and sometimes best and sometimes worst case scenario. If for any reason you need more information or have a question of any kind, just go to the top right hand corner and click quote and we will call you as fast as we possibly can. Have a blessed day thank you for dropping by today and if you need more information on our disclaimer please click here.
